COUGAR DAY SCHEDULE-AUGUST 23
Cougar Day is a time to pick up schedule, purchase school supplies, yearbook, and sign up for boys and girls club and sports at the tables that will be set up in the gym. Please bring your checkbook.

We cannot issue schedules and/or make schedule changes on Cougar Day until your confirmation is complete. Here are the manuals if you need assistance:

Students and parents may pick up their schedules during the assigned time below:
7TH AND 8TH ONLY
12:30-1:00- Last names A-H 
1:00-1:30-   Last names I-P
1:30-2:30-   Last names Q-Z
 
7TH GRADERS TDAP-  A Tdap booster is required of all students entering 7th grade. Any incoming 7th grade student that has not brought in proof of having received their Tdap booster will not be able to receive their schedule on Cougar Day or advanced to 7th grade. Please bring proof of having received the Tdap booster to the office before Cougar Day. Thank you for helping to make a smooth transition to 7th grade for your student.



6TH GRADERS-COUGAR JOURNEY
​​Transition into 6th grade is an exciting adventure for many students. Incoming 6th graders will participate in an orientation, Cougar Journey. This complete introduction to ACMS will include a campus tour, information about school procedures and many other necessary topics including class schedules, how to use lockers, PE uniforms, and school sports. On the morning of Cougar Day, 6th graders should report to the South Patio (in back of the school) where they will meet our school counselors. If you are unable to attend, please contact our counselors and we will work with you.
 
6TH GRADE ONLY
11:30-12:15- 6th graders only-Cougar Journey-(orientation)
12:15-12:30- 6th graders with parents in the gym to purchase yearbook, sign up for sports, purchase materials



DATA CONFIRMATION ON AERIES
  • Update and complete your data confirmation for the 2021-2022 school year no later than August 20, 2021. We cannot issue schedules and/or make schedule changes on Cougar Day until your confirmation is complete. Here are the manuals if you need assistance:

  • Enter your student’s cell phone number into Aeries when you are confirming data. 
  • Click emergency contacts as “do not contact” or “emergency information only” or they will get ALL ACMS Cougar Weekly robo calls and emails. 
  • If you are having difficulty with anything online, ACMS Front Office staff are available for appointments and walk-ins starting August 10, 2021 from 9:00am-2:30pm.

PTO
The PTO will have an informational table and will be selling ACMS Spirit Wear. We have some items in stock, others can be ordered online. 

FOOD & NUTRITION SERVICES


  • All meals are FREE for the 2021-2022 school year for all TTUSD students! However, we ask that you fill out a new meal application in order to be considered for the many benefits below that may benefit your student/family. These benefits may include but are not be limited to:
  • P-EBT, CalFresh food card per child- Click here for more information
  • Free or discounted internet- Click here for more information
  • Our online meal applications will be available after July 1,  2021. A new application must be submitted each school year for any benefits listed above. 
  • HOW TO APPLY FOR FREE OR REDUCED-PRICE MEALS:
  • Complete one application per household. There are several ways to fill out a meal application:
 
  1.   Log into your AERIES Parent Portal; Click on TITAN, continue to register and/or fill out a meal application.
  2.   OR apply via the TITAN Portal
  3.   Request a paper application at your school site and/or contact the TTUSD Food Services Department.

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB
Registration for the fall opens August 16th, at 8:00 AM. In order to be considered for one of the limited spots parents need to visit www.bgcnlt.org in order to get the registration link. Applications will be processed and members will be prioritized for spots based on availability and staffing. If you have any questions please call 530-582-3760 or email kobrien@bgcnlt.org.
